Who we are
WorkBrawl (workbrawl.com) is a hub of quick team challenges for work breaks. This policy covers the hub and every title on it, such as WordsBrawl and SnakeBrawl. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we handle to make it work
- Your display name and a random id, so the others in a room see you on the scoreboard and you keep your place if you reload. There are no accounts and we never ask for your email.
- Room data (names, scores and the state of the round). Rooms are temporary and are deleted automatically a couple of hours after they stop being used.
- Your browser's local storage remembers your name, your id, your language, your last choices when opening a room and your cookie choice. None of this is a tracking cookie, and it stays in your browser.
Services we rely on
- Cloudflare hosts the site and its titles.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that rooms are opened by people and not bots, when you create or join a room.
- Google Analytics 4 tells us how many people visit and which features they use, only if you accept analytics cookies. Until then it runs in Consent Mode with analytics storage denied: no analytics cookies are set. We don't use advertising features.
Cookies
If you accept, Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_* (for up to 2 years) to count visits. Your choice applies to the whole of workbrawl.com.
You can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of this page. Rejecting stops analytics cookies from being used and removes the ones already set.
Your choices
You can clear what your browser stores for workbrawl.com from your browser settings at any time; you will simply be asked for your name again.
If you have a question about your data, or want something removed, write to [email protected].
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
