Why it works for a work break

Do we compete against each other?
Yes. Everyone flips on the same board, and whoever has the most points when the clock runs out wins. The results show a podium.
How are points counted?
1 point for each pair, plus 1 extra point for each pair found right after another one. A wrong pair costs nothing but a one-second wait.
Can two people flip the same card?
No. A card someone has face up is theirs until they pick its pair or it turns back over, so nobody can take it.
What happens when every pair is found?
A new board is dealt right away, and the round continues until the clock runs out.
